Workshops
In addition to our weekly classes, we host themed workshops focusing on specific pole styles. Past workshops have included contemporary flow, chair dance, flexibility, calisthenics, and handstands. Recently, we have hosted Cobalt Flame for a variety day of workshops (twice!), Dr Carolina Ares (bloggeronpole) for her signature "powersleaze" workshop, Peachypoler for even more flow and Giordaina Hartley for pretty shapes and flips.
If you are interested in guest teaching at OU Pole Sports, please contact us via email.
